Troy's sister, Teri, came for a visit in August. We had a fun time showing her our little downtown, introducing her to our animals, and she even helped Troy move the irrigation pipes a couple of times. There's "no rest for the weary"....even when visiting as there is always work to do around here. Thankfully, Aunt Teri is a good sport and didn't mind lending a hand. One of the highlights of her visit was our trip to Lake Como. We took our breakfast and enjoyed some fun in the sun.

Our county fair is only a week away so the girls have been practicing with their goats. This is their first year "showing" and they are very excited. I'll let you know how they do!

Our dear friends, the Shupp Family, owns this guest ranch which has become very special to us. We have enjoyed many visits here to see our friends and join them for a BBQ...spend time at the creek and river...pick up our hay for the winter...share Thanksgiving together...and even vacationed here before moving to Montana.
